Welcome to Refinish IQ Consulting

I’m a time-served paint sprayer with over 34 years of industry experience, starting with an apprenticeship in the Royal Air Force and progressing to owning and operating an award-winning bodyshop.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a range of industries, with automotive remaining my core focus.
I’ve worked both with and for five major paint manufacturers, gaining in-depth knowledge of manual and automated paint application, as well as defect analysis and process optimisation.

My passion lies in helping businesses improve quality, efficiency, and results, whether that’s through consultancy, training, or hands-on troubleshooting.
